  • Prepare harmonised structure and text in TC 40 product standards, to facilitate the usage of these standards

WG 40: Capacitors, Inductors and Filters

  • Coordinate all activities with respect to the development and update of international standards and other deliverables in the field of Capacitors, Inductors and Filters, and facilitate the maintenance process of these publications
  • Advise TC 40 on relevant matters concerning publications, technology and market trends related to Capacitors, Inductors and Filters

WG 41: Resistors

  • Coordinate all activities with respect to the development and update of international standards and other deliverables in the field of Resistors, and facilitate the maintenance process of these publications
  • Advise TC 40 on relevant matters concerning publications, technology and market trends related to Resistors

  • Coordinate all activities with respect to the development and update of international standards and other deliverables in the field of non-linear Resistors, and facilitate the maintenance process of these publications
  • Advise TC 40 on relevant matters concerning publications, technology and market trends related to non-linear Resistors

AG 42: Website

  • Create a TC 40 website environment and encourage (new) engineers to visit this site as a source for information, and hence encourage the use of IEC standards
